Trauma– is the resultant phenomena or condition of stress applied to the body/mind and the sequence of events that record its ability to adjust & adapt to the stress. As a result of this, what forms tests its constitution or limits of what it can recover from or eventually failing affecting functional capacity of the body/mind to cognitively identify the stress, trauma and process of how it occurred and why. This leaves a person in shock, frightened, scared, bewildered, fearful, terrorized, anxious, depressed, isolated and alone. Recovery– Is the attempt to heal, recognize, understand and realize the condition or phenomena for what it is and what it is not. Forgiving both is transformation from a lower energy or vibration to a higher energy or vibration therefore recovering the functional state of being before the stress that caused trauma occurred or beyond it. This establishes balance and equilibrium homeostasis and increases significantly resiliency or the ability to be flexible and therefore not susceptible to the stress and trauma that originally occurred. The feelings of trauma are lower vibration al energy and are unpleasant to feel or experience for the body/mind at any level of being or any age of existence. Developmentally childhood trauma appears to be the most difficult to recover from. What can occur concurrently with it is Psychological repression depending upon how much trauma there is and the body/mind’s ability to not adapt to it therefore it compensates and shuts down parts of itself according to the sequence of trauma(s) that occur. At the point of being overwhelmed this psychological phenomena will take place where processing the event stops and repression begins and that is if the stimulus causing the stress and subsequent trauma stops or the mind/body finds a safe place or sanctuary from it. Repression and trauma cause tension in the body/mind and can cause a loss of vitality and well being in and within the body/mind. Spiritual healing releases the tension within and with the body/mind and sorts out the chaos of the trauma within to where it begins to make sense to the inhabitant of the body/mind that experienced the trauma and or repression. It raises the energy level and pattern of the mind/body and transforms the trauma of it as well producing joy and love to be experienced in its place where the trauma / repression occur making sense to the inhabitant of the body/mind where they can release it in forgiveness recovering vitality and well being. Anything where there is attachment to someone or something or both that then becomes detached can cause stress and trauma to the body/mind. If there is a spiritual, mental, emotional attachment to someone or something if detachment happens then there will be trauma and stress to attempt to stabilize the body/mind. Grief often can trigger trauma and stress over losing the support of whatever is lost such as a loved one, relationship, job etc… Abuse can trigger stress and trauma over having our boundaries crossed and negative energy deposited there as a result of the abuse experienced. Identifying the stimulus that caused or triggered the stress and trauma is key for healing and recovery. Often the event behind it all will eventually be reduced down to a perpetrator that the person recovering from the trauma will need to forgive to heal and move on from. Within this perpetrator will be the conflict from which the stress and trauma originated from and in all likelihood if they are alive on the planet may not have dealt with this conflict which resides within themselves. At this point the survivor of the stress and trauma will have completed or completed enough of their recovery to begin to identify the perpetrator as the one that attacked them with their feelings for whatever reason it happened. If it is not a negative karmic situation where the conflict between two people is being acted out, then the survivor most likely did nothing to provoke or instigate the stress and trauma onto itself and therefore the perpetrator probably attacked out of a negative disposition within itself. If this is the case God’s Presence within one’s self along with Jesus Christ’s assistance will be needed as a remedy to invoke and distance one’s self from the perpetrator to the point where full function returns quality of life improves and vitality and well being are again the survivors state of being.
